A company is looking for a Benefit Education Lead to support customer engagement activities and coordinate educational events. Key Responsibilities Provide customer event support across various segments and oversee benefit educators' hiring and onboarding Coordinate end-to-end customer events, including material development and ordering Engage in customer engagement reporting and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in health education, health administration, marketing, business, or a related field preferred Ability to obtain an insurance license as directed by management Proficient in Microsoft Programs (PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems (Salesforce.com) Flexibility to adapt to changing workflows in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multi-lingual is a plus
