Client Services Specialist
A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist to provide customer service and technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Answer client calls regarding service, technical, chargebacks, and billing issues while adhering to company guidelines
Perform research related to financial and non-financial information and ensure accurate logging of telephone conversations in the system
Provide technical support on terminals and gateways, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent experience, with 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment
Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard credit card processing and regulations is a plus
Ability to operate and troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) devices and credit card equipment
Bilingual skills may be required based on company needs
Competence in Windows-based applications and internal systems
