Client Services Specialist

A company is looking for an EA-Client Services Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of the business line and support Digital at a basic level Spend at least 90% of time on cases/phones, providing support to clients Conduct public trainings and assist with onboarding new customers Required Qualifications Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics At least two years of experience with compliance, fundraising, or email tools for political campaigns or nonprofits Experience using relevant software tools such as NGP8, EveryAction, or VoteBuilder Previous experience in teaching or training, including mentoring or software support Experience in customer relations or a related field is valued but not required
