Key Responsibilities

10+ years of experience in global benefits strategy, design, and administration
Deep knowledge of domestic and international benefits compliance and regulatory environments
Proven ability to lead benefits initiatives in high-growth tech or fintech companies
Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Familiarity with global HRIS platforms and generative AI models
