Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in global benefits administration, focusing on EMEA
Deep knowledge of pension schemes, health insurance, and wellness programs
Proven experience in managing LOA programs and vendor relationships
Knowledge of global compliance regulations in benefits and LOA
Strong analytical and project management skills
