Required Qualifications
3+ years in customer success, digital marketing, or SaaS support
Experience with paid ads (Meta, Google) and SEO
Experience creating training materials and leading customer education sessions
Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues for non-technical users
