Client Support Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of support analysts, including ticket assignment and prioritization
Act as Senior Incident Commander for critical incidents, ensuring client communication and resolution
Manage and mentor a team of Support Specialists, fostering professional growth and high performance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Financial Technology/Services or a similar industry
3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
3+ years of experience as a Client Support Analyst
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
Strong understanding of financial theory, treasury, banking, or accounting
