Client Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Client Support Analyst (US, Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as Tier 1 support for all client-related issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and competently
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and implement solutions
Required Qualifications
Entry-level experience in technical customer service or supporting complex software solutions
Strong understanding of financial theory, treasury, banking, or accounting practices
Experience with SQL queries and reporting tools is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
Enrollment in CFA, CTP, or other professional programs is a plus
