A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Development Trial Lead (CDTL). Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional study teams in the development and execution of complex clinical trials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence Manage trial scope, timelines, risks, and budgets while fostering communication with internal and external stakeholders Provide scientific and regulatory expertise to influence study design and ensure compliance with clinical trial processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field preferred 5+ years of clinical research experience or relevant experience in a scientific or health-related field Experience with oncology and radioligand therapy (RLT) is highly desired Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex situations effectively
