A company is looking for a Medical Coding Analyst - Edit Configuration. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze complex billing for opportunities to edit claims based on industry guidelines Research concepts and analyze data using analytics tools such as SQL Prepare and present clear findings to internal teams including physicians and senior leadership Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree preferred Current coding credential (CCS, CCS-P, CPC) or RHIA/RHIT required Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare and medical coding Basic SQL proficiency required; Intermediate proficiency preferred Extensive knowledge of inpatient/outpatient hospital billing practices and coding standards
