A company is looking for a Sr Solutions Analyst - Clinical, MDS 3.0. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and world-class customer support to users via multiple channels Manage incoming support cases by prioritizing based on severity and re-routing as required Take ownership and follow up on unresolved cases while maintaining knowledge articles for customer support Required Qualifications: Degree or Post-Secondary Education in Information Technology or a related technical field preferred Experience in a technical support position is an asset Expertise in MDS 3.0 MDS Coordinator experience Sound understanding of API and service technologies and functions
