A company is looking for a Member Services Coordinator to provide support to client partners and their members worldwide. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-level customer service to assigned association members Process new and renewal dues for membership and manage event registrations Maintain communication with members and ensure timely responses to inquiries Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office 365 Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment Available to travel as needed
