A company is looking for a RCS-Coding Clinical Team Lead. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for coders and provide assistance as needed Monitor coder workqueues, make adjustments, and manage vendor assignments Communicate regularly with business partners and providers, and assist in coder education Required Qualifications: Multi-specialty professional coding knowledge and experience 5+ years of experience coding in the professional space, preferably multi-specialty and/or surgical Ability to run reports and work on denials Experience in team leadership and staff development
