Collections Manager

A company is looking for a Collections Manager to lead and support the Collections team in managing accounts receivable performance. Key Responsibilities Drive improvements in accounts receivable performance through effective collection strategies and timely client payments Oversee escalated disputes and customer inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved for payment facilitation Lead and support the Collections Specialists, providing guidance and coaching while managing training and performance assessments Required Qualifications At least 10 years of collections experience with frequent client interaction Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team in a high-volume collections environment Experience with data analysis, dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and collections metrics/KPIs Proficiency in automation platforms and AI-based tools for process optimization Experience with Intacct contracts, invoices, and accounts receivable is an advantage
