A company is looking for a Collegiate Leadership Consultant Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire Collegiate Leadership Consultants (CLCs) in collaboration with Human Resources and the director of chapter services Coordinate and implement training and debriefing sessions for CLCs throughout the year Supervise CLCs through regular meetings and manage administrative reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred One to three years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to work autonomously and set a flexible schedule Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management software Previous experience as a CLC or with a fraternity/sorority preferred
