Colorado Benefits Specialist
A company is looking for a Benefits and HRIS Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage employee benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries Lead open enrollment efforts and maintain accurate benefits data in the HRIS Evaluate benefit plan performance and lead the transition to a self-funded medical plan Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in benefits administration and HRIS management Experience supporting or leading transitions from fully insured to self-funded health plans Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits platforms
