A company is looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead their Americas Talent Acquisition team. Key Responsibilities Transform talent acquisition strategies into efficient and human-centric recruitment processes Develop and coach the talent acquisition team for a positive employment experience Build and nurture cross-functional relationships with internal People Leaders and teams Required Qualifications Substantial experience in Talent Acquisition management, with a team of at least 5+ Talent Partners Broad knowledge of corporate recruiting processes and industry trends Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, preferably with Power-Bi experience Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse and/or Workday Strong business acumen to align recruiting strategies with business priorities
