OverviewThe Art Director plays a critical role in shaping and maintaining Design Pickle's brand identity within our internal marketing agency. You will work directly with Design Pickle as a brand and collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure all creative outputs align with our brand standards and strategic vision. Your main focus will be ensuring that all design projects meet our Internal Agency's unique brand standards and our high creative benchmarks. You'll need a keen understanding of branding design principles and the ability to adapt guidelines for various platforms and audiences.Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ESTReports to: Creative Director, Internal AgencyScope of Work:Daily Collaboration: Works closely with Account Executives, Channel Sales, Sales Management, and Revenue Operations.Internal Communication: Engage directly with Design Pickle's Internal Agency to set appropriate delivery expectations and provide exceptional graphic designs.Creation of Visual Content: Work closely with the Internal Agency to craft visually engaging designs for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital channels.Graphic Editing and Creation: Transform raw visual assets into polished, high-quality designs aligned with brand guidelines and brand messagingAsset Management: Organize and maintain assets efficiently for seamless workflow and future reference.Skill Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest design software and techniques to ensure the highest quality output.Additional service requirements will be provided as needed by the team. Requirements:Present an up-to-date portfolio demonstrating comprehensive experience in branding projects, from ideation and logo design to its implementation across various formats, with a strong focus on graphic design.Robust conceptual, graphic design, type, and page layout skills for projects ranging from print to interactive to broadcast.Exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of the technical aspects of branding.Excellent English communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain brand guidelines and their reasons.Practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat.Practical understanding of Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides.Proficient in organizing and comprehending project requirements, even when they may not be well-defined.Strong organizational and time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.Decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking skills.
