Commissions Analyst
A company is looking for a Commissions Analyst I responsible for processing commission-related payments and accounting entries for the broker network. Key Responsibilities Prepare scheduled and month-end reports, providing analytical support and identifying issues with commission payments Perform reconciliations and report balancing, analyzing the financial impact of changes to Broker accounts Assist team members with commission-related inquiries and develop training modules for new hires or cross-training efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum four years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Commissions Payable Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, Membership/Accounting, and Broker Relations departments Experience in developing training presentations and modules Ability to serve as a subject matter expert for new and junior associates
