Communications and Enablement Manager
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Fund Administration (Communications and Enablement).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication strategies for organizational changes
Coordinate and enhance the employee onboarding experience
Manage content development for training programs and monitor progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years of experience in internal communications or employee enablement
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with developing training content and managing learning platforms
Experience working with global, remote teams is a plus
