CPA Assistant Controller
A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to join the Corporate Accounting Team remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead the global financial closing process and manage the Corporate accounting team Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports and serve as the internal lead for annual audits Identify and implement improvements in business processes and financial reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred Minimum of 8 years of progressive responsibilities applying US GAAP standards Public company reporting experience and knowledge of internal controls and procedures Strong working knowledge of financial systems and experience with M&A integrations Experience in a leadership role within a dynamic accounting department
