Treasury Technical Support
A company is looking for a Treasury Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions, including client outreach during migrations or changes
Support testing of new applications and document system issues, escalating when necessary
Deliver general support for moderate to high complexity tasks and manage client transitions
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
6+ years of customer service experience with direct client interactions
5+ years of technical support experience
Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, or cash management
Proficiency in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
