Compensation and Benefits Specialist
A company is looking for a Generalist Compensation & Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee leaves of absence, including communication and paperwork processing
Support the benefits administration process
Assist with payroll processing and ensure data integrity of employee records
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent technical/managerial experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, benefits administration, payroll, or leave management
Strong understanding of multi-state FMLA and leave-related compliance requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills
Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations
