Compensation Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of HR Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices and manage compensation data
Prepare and present reports on compensation metrics and collaborate with HR and other departments for integrated compensation practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 years of experience in Healthcare Leadership or Compensation Management
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred
Proficiency in compensation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation
