Compensation Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Compensation to oversee global compensation activities and mentor the compensation team.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities of the compensation team and provide coaching and feedback
Manage the administration of incentive compensation cycles and ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
Design and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent while supporting executive leadership in compensation decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
8+ years of progressive compensation or related HR experience
5+ years of experience with global compensation and sales compensation program administration
2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
Detailed knowledge of compensation principles and relevant laws and regulations
