A company is looking for a Compensation Partner. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic support for all compensation matters to assigned client groups Facilitate compensation processes such as bonus planning and annual compensation planning Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team to enhance compensation program delivery and administration Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5+ years of applicable compensation analysis experience 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis within the Advanced Manufacturing and Aerospace and Defense industry Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation strongly preferred U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR compliance
