Customer Solutions Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to focus on customer retention and expansion in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve outstanding issues and educate merchants on the value of remaining with the company
Maintain current understanding of processing rate structures and collaborate with departments to address merchant concerns
Make suggestions for process improvements to reduce account closures and handle special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Minimum one (1) year experience in Customer Service, Sales, Retention, or Customer Loyalty
Ability to balance assertiveness and empathy when negotiating with customers
Strong proficiency with Google Suite
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals and objectives
