Complaint Coordinator
A company is looking for a Complaint Coordinator I to assist customers and sales representatives in resolving and logging customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
Log complaints into the SAP Complaint system and gather necessary information
Issue call tags, notifications, credits, and replacement orders for complaint resolution
Ensure compliance with QSR and ISO regulations while maintaining proper documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Ability to process details, prioritize importance, and draw clear conclusions
Experience in providing customer service to internal and external customers is preferred
