A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead. Key Responsibilities Define the quarterly roadmap and OKRs for marketplace growth and health in collaboration with the General Manager Manage initiatives to drive improvements across user acquisition and conversion by collaborating with cross-functional teams Analyze metrics to identify optimization opportunities and support expansion into new geographic markets Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in marketplace operations, strategy, or business management Demonstrated success in managing a complex business unit or marketplace function Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in experimentation and data analysis tools Experience in healthcare, staffing, or tech-enabled services is a plus An MBA is preferred but not required
