A company is looking for a Compliance Referral Analyst to monitor regulatory compliance and support data collection for filings. Key Responsibilities: Establish and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for compliance with laws and contractual obligations Conduct legal research and monitor changes in regulations to mitigate risks Support data collection for regulatory filings and develop compliance communications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 3+ years of experience in a regulatory, privacy, or compliance role within healthcare or managed care 3+ years of experience communicating complex information to diverse audiences 3+ years of experience researching state regulations independently Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
