Compliance Auditor
A company is looking for a Compliance Auditor. Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal compliance audits of subsidiaries and external partner relationships, developing work plans and recommending corrective actions Develop initiatives with cross-departmental teams to improve efficiency and identify gaps based on audit findings and data analytics Present audit findings and risk assessments to the Compliance Risk and Audit Committee and Privacy and Security Committee Required Qualifications: BA, audit certification, or 2 years of experience in a compliance and/or auditing environment required Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines Prior experience in an office or supporting role for a call center or collection agency is desired Knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, and HIPAA is a plus
