Consumables Customer Care Specialist
A company is looking for a Consumables Specialist to provide customer support and coordination for coffee and Bevi customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service through direct contact with customers
Create and manage work orders for installation and service while responding to customer inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams and maintain business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
At least two years of previous Customer Care experience
Ability to multi-task across different communication channels efficiently
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
