Consumer Service Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Consumer Service Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily activities across multiple service functions, including customer service and call center operations
Investigate and resolve customer service issues while managing a high-performing specialty line of business
Conduct briefings and meetings, collaborating with other managers across departments
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of operational experience in a call center or similar environment
At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a large operational unit
Experience in budget oversight and project management
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated experience in process improvement or process design
