Manager of Member Operations
A company is looking for a Manager, Member and Provider Operations to oversee call center operations and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, develop, and motivate a team of over 100 members, including onshore and offshore colleagues
Monitor departmental performance and provide feedback to ensure KPI adherence
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading teams in a production service-based environment or contact center
3+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations and disciplines
3+ years of experience in implementing operational excellence as a manager
3+ years of experience using data to drive decision making
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
