Contract Management Project Director
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Contracting Process and Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and project management of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
Establish and standardize contracting processes and governance guidelines across the enterprise
Engage stakeholders and ensure their requirements are incorporated into the system design and rollout
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field
A minimum of 6 years of experience in contract management or legal operations
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Solid project management skills with experience in large-scale initiatives
5+ years of direct experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
