Key Responsibilities
Serve as the voice of the customer, providing internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention
Maintain a deep understanding of the product and educate customers on relevant features to drive adoption
Engage senior decision makers to shape Success Planning and proactively monitor customer health
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Customer Success Management role within an enterprise SaaS environment
Strong experience building executive-level relationships at Fortune 500 companies
Proven ability to introduce new product features and drive customer adoption
Experience with Internet and networking technologies, including email security products
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or equivalent experience
