A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to support their mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and engineering positions requiring security clearance
Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape role definitions and structured interview processes
Proactively source and engage passive candidates with experience in government contracting and cleared environments
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within defense tech or government-facing SaaS companies
Proven success in sourcing for DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity engineering roles
Solid understanding of clearance levels and cleared candidate pipelines
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
Experience with modern ATS platforms, such as Ashby
