Microsoft Managed Services Engineer

A company is looking for an Engineer Managed Services - Microsoft. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain IT infrastructure environments for Managed Services customers Provide 24/7 support for critical systems and participate in various client projects to improve technology infrastructures Develop and document technical solutions, proposals, and maintain communication with clients regarding service requests and project status Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Microsoft support experience, or 7 years of total IT engineering experience including 3 years of Microsoft support Professional experience with infrastructure solutions supported by Managed Services, including Networking, Enterprise Storage, and virtualization technologies Ability to establish customer trust and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience in root cause analysis and strong organizational and analytical skills Microsoft Certifications such as Azure, M365, or Exchange are a plus
