A company is looking for a Contracting Specialist to support the CFO and business development team in securing and managing contracts. Key Responsibilities Advise the sales team on optimal contracting strategies for deals Review and manage sales collateral related to contracting Assist in final contract negotiations and monitor public solicitations Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in proposal preparation and contract negotiations Experience within the federal sector and familiarity with procurement regulations Knowledge of the SBIR process Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and able to obtain a security clearance
