A company is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join their finance division. Key Responsibilities Designing, developing, and preparing accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses Identifying and researching trends and developments Leading special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests while collaborating on process improvements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience (4 years in a related field) 3 years of work experience in an accounting or financial position is required Public accounting experience is preferred; 1 year in public accounting equals 2 years of applicable work experience CPA certification or progress toward it is ideal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
