Key Responsibilities Manage client accounting relationships, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP Lead a team of accounting professionals, providing mentorship and overseeing performance management Execute the monthly close process and maintain internal controls and compliance documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA license preferred 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager in rapidly growing firms 2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus Experience in revamping accounting processes and technology
