Financial Operations Bookkeeper
A company is looking for a Financial Operations Bookkeeper to manage financial data and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage invoices in QuickBooks Online and follow up with clients on payment status Reconcile payments and expenses, run payroll, and prepare monthly financial reports Assist the Director of Operations with ad hoc financial operations requests and projects Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online Expertise in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel (minimum of 5 years) 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger Experience with Gusto, Harvest, and Divvy is a plus Agency experience is preferred
