Senior Review Appraiser
A company is looking for a Sr. Review Appraiser. Key Responsibilities Monitors and analyzes the quality of appraisals for a designated lending portfolio Examines individual appraisals and provides insights on accuracy and consistency relative to risk strategies Identifies deficiencies, recommends corrective action plans, and supports vendor appraisal services Required Qualifications Typically 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field In-depth knowledge of appraisal standards and regulatory requirements Experience with risk policy frameworks and quality control/testing frameworks Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience Ability to work independently and handle non-routine situations
