Credit and Collections Manager

A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to oversee collections processes and manage a team of collection specialists. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding accounts receivable Establish and enforce credit policies, conduct credit assessments, and monitor customer creditworthiness Lead and develop a team of collections specialists, providing training and managing performance through KPIs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in credit and collections, with at least 2 years in a management role Strong understanding of credit analysis, collections practices, and risk management principles Experience in a SaaS company, preferably with subscription-based billing models Experience with NetSuite and Tesorio or similar accounting and collections systems is preferred
