Key Responsibilities Handle routine customer service inquiries via telephone, digital, or chat channels Assist over 100+ customers daily with various inquiries, including card activations and payment processing Utilize multiple systems and standard procedures to respond to and document customer inquiries Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of customer service experience Ability to remain stationary for extended periods Ability to operate standard office equipment Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
