CRM and Lifecycle Strategist
A company is looking for a CRM and Lifecycle Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with client teams to create and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns and automations
Analyze data for performance insights and identify opportunities
Define customer segments and strategize around VIP, retargeting, and cohort audiences
Required Qualifications
3+ years in email marketing, CRM, and/or SMS marketing
2+ years of experience managing clients/accounts in an agency setting
Extensive knowledge of Klaviyo and experience with other ESPs is a plus
Proven track record of generating lifecycle revenue for eCommerce businesses
Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify areas of opportunity
