Key Responsibilities Conduct outreach and develop partnerships with various organizations to support job seekers Provide career and worksite assessments, skills coaching, and job readiness training Facilitate job search, placement, and coordinate services with community resources and employers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology, or related field OR an associate's degree with 3 or more years of experience working with high-risk vulnerable populations Completion of VR Counselor requirements within 1 year if filled at the VR Coordinator level Experience working with persons with disabilities preferred for VR Counselor consideration Master's degree in a relevant field can substitute for some experience requirements
