Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance CRM and Workforce Management tools to support a high-performing customer experience team
Ensure full functionality of the CRM tool and manage the Workforce Management tool for accuracy and optimization
Develop workflows and automation to streamline processes and provide actionable insights into customer interactions and workforce trends
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in CRM administration and Workforce Management systems
Strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting
Expertise in workflow automation and integrations
Experience in analyzing customer support metrics to drive decisions
Strong project management skills and ability to execute system improvements
