A company is looking for a Loan Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures Act as the initial point of contact for completed loan applications and follow up with third parties for required documents Collaborate and communicate with internal and external parties throughout the loan process Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of mortgage operations experience Experience with systems such as Salesforce or ability to learn systems quickly Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple projects and deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
