CRM Retention Marketing Manager
A company is looking for a CRM Retention Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute CRM strategies to enhance adoption and activation of Ads and Promo products
Manage end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns, including collaboration with designers and copywriters
Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and share performance reports with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations
Familiarity with CRM technology and segmentation tools
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Experience with campaign experimentation (e.g., A/B testing)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
