CRM Strategy Manager
A company is looking for a Manager of CRM Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of the CRM strategy and omni-channel loyalty marketing initiatives
Oversee day-to-day strategic planning and creation of CRM campaigns while monitoring competitor programs
Manage staff development, performance evaluation, and operational goals to enhance customer service and employee engagement
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age
Minimum two years of Digital Commerce experience in B2C and/or B2B models
Hands-on experience with multiple CRM tools and advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL programming
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
Leadership experience is required
