Customer Contact Center Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and provide information about Health Solution Group products
Record and verify customer transactions, processing requests or forwarding them as necessary
Contribute to process improvement and follow up with customers to ensure service issues are resolved
Required Qualifications and Education
College degree with 1+ years of customer service experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 3+ years of customer service experience
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not required
Proficiency with basic computer functions and the ability to navigate multiple systems
Strong learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Bi-lingual opportunities available upon assessment completion
