Customer Data Analyst
A company is looking for a Customer Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and manage customer data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance customer experience
Design and generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders and support data-driven strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
10+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in Professional Services or technology-focused organizations
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL and Python
Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
